Bottero Bianca

Ordinary Professor of Environmental Design at the Second Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano. She has conducted didactic and research activities in the field of urban planning and social housing in Italy and Europe, and has also conducted for years the International Housing directory which critically analyzed the most significant projects of contemporary residential construction. She is currently director of the ABITA Research Laboratory: Technology and Sustainability Project for the BEST Department of the Politecnico di Milano. Among her numerous essays and texts there are: Project and Space Management in Complex Societies, Clup, Milan, 1984; Project or method: variations on the theme of Salt of C.N. Ledoux, Guerini et al., Milan, 1988; Deconstruction in Architecture and Philosophy, Città Studi, Milan, 1991 and now Clup, Milan, 2002.
